We are also stepping in to Online business through the leading online shopping sites like Flipkart, Amazon and etc. We would like to reach customers via FACE BOOK. For this we want to recruit Marketing Agents from all over Tamilnadu to work from home through FACE BOOK. Qualification : Age , Gender , Education or Experience not a Barrier . Just to have an FACE BOOK ID . Must Have Own Computer or Laptop with internet .

We will provide products Banners and guidance to those Marketing Agents . We will take care of creating the contents to be posted in FB and send to you in periodic intervals . All you need to do is to add as many as possible contacts in your FB through Friend requests and post our banners.

If once a Customer contacts you by seeing your FB posts you need to inform their Contact number ,Place, Requirements details to us on a daily basis. After that we will follow up those customers and send them the Quotation for their requirement , continue the follow up for 2 o 3 times. If once the customer’s order is confirmed we will intimate you. We will send you respective percentage of the total amount Received from our customer as your commission . As per the Materialized Orders you can earn as much as you can .

If a customer postponed or dropped his order ,we will keep track of the customers status and will update .

1.Employee Confidentiality Policy : Employees should not be share the information about the customers and his requirements to any other persons or institutions other than Gem Tech Park. We want to make sure that Marketing information provided by Gem Tech Park should be kept well-protected. Employees who don’t respect our confidentiality policy will face disciplinary and, possibly, legal action.

2. General Rules : By the name of Gem Tech Park Marketing Agents should not post any other contents or own messages to their FACEBOOK Contacts.

3. Working hours : Employees can work at their convenient time line.

4. Salary : Consolidated Commission for the Materialized Orders*of a particular month will be sent to you as a payment on the first week of the next month through online.

5. Management may change, add, or remove portions of this Terms and Conditions at any time. The commission policy and the commission amount may vary with respect to the Management Decision with out any prior intimation .

6. Gem Tech Park may, in its sole discretion, terminate any home based Part time Marketing Agents without any prior intimation .

7. Subject to the Erode Jurisdiction only.
